Travel insurance provider battleface today announced the launch of a brand new customisable travel insurance product to service the specific needs of the business travel market.<\/p>\n

The new business travel insurance product is targeted at organisations with travelling employees and contractors across all business sectors including corporate, NGOs, educational Institutions among others.<\/p>\n

This product has been designed with today\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s business traveller in mind, covering destinations worldwide including those with a government travel warning in place. Policy limits can be altered depending on the trip circumstances, allowing organisations to tailor cover and benefits to match their specific travel requirements. This also enables them to avoid needless costs by removing unnecessary cover.<\/p>\n

Standard policy benefits include up to \u00c2\u00a310 million in medical and evacuation expenses, supported by battleface\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s own emergency travel, medical and claims assistance services. Depending on the business traveller\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s requirements and the company\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s location, battleface can offer benefits for trip cancellation, curtailment, delay, personal liability, baggage, personal security and COVID-19 medical expenses.<\/p>\n

In addition, policies also include \u00e2\u20ac\u02dcsearch & rescue\u00e2\u20ac\u2122 services with cover for up to \u00c2\u00a325,000 as well as a \u00e2\u20ac\u02dchijack, kidnap and detention\u00e2\u20ac\u2122 inclusion that will pay for expenses incurred by crisis response services, plus up to \u00c2\u00a350,000 for legal expenses. In addition, \u00e2\u20ac\u02dcholiday & leisure\u00e2\u20ac\u2122 benefits for holiday trips, with up to 60 days per trip, can be included in the policy as required.<\/p>\n
